PoE [3.8 | 3.9] Simple Starter Build For Beginners - CHEAP Deadeye Lightning Arrow Bow Character

In the upcoming Path of Exile Metamorph (3.9) league bow builds will make a comeback. Here is a good base for a cheap build for only 100-200 chaos that you can upgrade however you like.
This build uses Lightning arrow as clear and Barrage or Siege Ballista for bosses.
The build is simple which means it's easy to understand for beginners.

Blight league was fun but I bet 3.9 - Metamorph is gonna be even better!
