Aligarh SSP receives praise for apt handling of anti-CAB protest in AMU

Following the viral video in which Aligarh SSP Akash Kulhari can be seen standing over a barricade and successfully persuading AMU students to keep calm during an anti-CAB protest, AMU authorities extended their praise to the top cop for the apt handling of a tense situation. SSP Kulhari persuaded a highly charged crowd of 5,000 students to refrain from any anti-democratic tactics during their protest. AMU Proctor Afifullah Khan along with senior faculty members praised the SSP for his steadfast control over the situation that proved to be the key between a calm and violent protest.
