Inspecting and bringing plants indoors for Winter - Insect prevention and indoor growing

Inspecting and bringing plants indoors for Winter - Insect prevention and indoor growing There's a lot to love about Fall but, for me, bringing plants indoors is not one of them. Living in growing zone 5 makes it a necessity. First, you need a place with adequate light and ventilation for your plants. Second, you need to try to prevent bringing insects in with the plants as much as possible. While it is practically impossible to be sure there are no stowaways, you can take steps to prevent that and lessen the impact in case that does occur.
