On April Second in the afternoon hours Torrance FD Engine and Rescue 93 handled a small vegetation fire at the El Nido Park. Redondo Beach FD arrived shortly after to assist but Torrance needed no further assistance, so they cleared. The fire was contained to the small strip of vegetation.
