How to Create the Bloom Technique in Acrylic Pouring

I will be experimenting with my own ingredients for this technique and have been for the past year.

This is my Recipe
I'm in Canada
Pillow
Easy Flow Int. latex paint - Eggshell - Medium Base (bought at Canadian Tire)

Pouring Medium
Sherwin Williams All Surface Enamel HP - Ultra Deep Base - Gloss (Bought at Sherwin Williams Paint Store) (4 parts)
Minwax Polyurethane (1 part)
Golden GAC800 ( .5 part)

Paint Mixture
1 part acrylic paint (I use mostly Amsterdam Paints)
5 parts pouring medium
A few drops of Acrylic Ink in the same or similar colour in each colour (I used 6 drops and I made enough paint for about 4 paintings)
For the Pearl White Metallic paint I only mixed in Floetrol (1 part floetrol to 4 parts paint and a little water)

Cell Activator
Amsterdam White Titanium Acrylic Paint (1 part)
Water (1 part)
Acrylic White Titanium Ink (a few drops)
