An Ohio mom accidentally shot her 18-year-old daughter in the arm after mistaking her for an intruder when she came home on a surprise visit from college, police said.The mother told cops in Girard that she was home alone, expecting no one, when her daughter opened the door to her bedroom about 9 pm Friday.That's when she fired a single shot from a .38 special revolver, Girard Police Chief John Norman told 21 News. 'She had no idea I was coming and thought someone broke in to hurt her and as I ran through the door she was in fear for her life and shot me,' the daughter, Hannah Jones said in a Facebook post.The mother, who was not named by police, gave investigators a similar story.
