The EU Commission President addressed the European Parliament in Strasbourg after a meeting with PM Boris Johnson in Luxembourg. He went on to emphasise that the risk of No Deal is ‘very real’ but a deal to ensure a smooth British exit is still possible.
“There is very little time left. The Prime mMinister has told us he wants a deal, but he will leave with or without a deal,” Juncker told the plenary in Strasbourg. “The risk of a no deal is very real.”
