Foxton Locks and the Inclined Plane Boat Lift

I spend a couple of hours at Foxton Locks on the Leicester Branch of the Grand Union Canal. We see the locks, the side pounds, the upper and lower arms and dock areas for the inclined plane, and the inclined plane itself. At the end of the day, a CRT work boat comes through and gives the gates a good scrape to get all the slime off.
