Colorado Inside Out: August 2nd, 2019 – Possibility of a Special Session for Referendum CC

A special session to address an alternative to the Referendum CC proposal continues to be a possibility. If approved, the law would permanently eliminate the TABOR cap, thereby halting refunds currently expected to be returned to state taxpayers.
