India lost to England by 31 runs in their maiden defeat of the World Cup 2019 on Sunday at Edgbaston. Even though Rohit Sharma hit a splendid century and Virat Kohli hit his 5th successive World Cup 50, India still fell short of the 338-run target. But the aspect that was most baffling about the nature of the Indian defeat was the fact that MS Dhoni and Kedar Jadhav couldn't find the boundary in the end overs when the team needed them the most and kept on taking singles nonchalantly. Was there a lack of Intent from M.S Dhoni against England?
