Personal Health Records are scattering across various providers (doctors, laboratories, etc) so the patient loses easy access to past data, as the providers, not the patient, retains data governance. Our Project is based on Blockchain Hyperledger Fabric to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information.
The management and ownership of all data belong to the PATIENT. He and only him have the faculty to release and withdraw access to the Health Providers in accordance with his convenience.
The patient will determine which health care providers will have access to their data to consult or enter information. The data are shared between these providers online or via file transfer.
All health providers involved can share the data avoiding redundancy and improving the quality of their medical attendance.
