A study published in the National Institute of Integrative Medicine 2013 suggest that garlic extract is a safe natural alternative to pharmaceutical cholesterol-lowering and high blood pressure lowering medications.
Make sure to take at least two raw garlic cloves Daily with water.

It helps to reduce LDL cholesterol levels by liquefying it and aiding the liver eliminating the cholesterol out of the body.
Soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and keep it in place using a tap or bandage for two hours then rinse with warm water. If your skin is sensitive, dilute the apple cider vinegar before applying it to your skin.
4- Banana Peels.
