DPM Heng Swee Keat on working with Singaporeans to design, implement policies | Full speech

DPM Heng Swee Keat said on Saturday (Jun 15) that Singapore's 4G leaders will partner Singaporeans to design and implement public policies. Speaking at a REACH-CNA dialogue session, he said the Government wants to draw on the diversity of passions and expertise among the people to improve policies and programmes to better meet needs.
