Do you need permission from man or woman before you do God’s will. Who’s your daddy, many people in ministry may look at other people in ministry and say who’s your daddy, who’s your spiritual father and may wonder who sent you, how do you have the authority to come to this town and do ministry, how do you have your authority to do the work of God. My friends you do not need permission for a man or woman before you do what God wants you to do. In the Bible it says do the work of the evangelist it also tells you to love people. I do understand that in ministry there are some people who may be more mature in the faith who may help to grow up some of the less Spiritually mature people. But I believe in the current church system it is really been wrong and it has been treating women wrong and not letting them reach their full potential that God has for them. It is completely fine for women to be preachers. God loves men and women. Many churches believe that women should not preach they don’t want them on the pulpit preaching. Many men may think that women don’t have a place in authority in church. Women are treated terrible with dominant man controlling them, with their terrible understanding of the Bible. and even men are treated controlling. Some people in ministry may not want to let other people go to do the work of God, they may want them trapped in their church doing their vision. There are many people in ministry today who aren’t even supposed to be in ministry. My friends, God loves you and God has a purpose for your life, and many times when people are doing God’s will there be many people around them and they may start disagreeing with them and not like what they are doing Jesus had people in the church who didn’t like him. Some ministers may not want to let someone leave their church if they have a really unique gift like a prophet, or a really good musician and maybe they will even try to guilt trip the person to stay in their church. My friends you do not need permission from anybody when God tells you to do something you need to obey God rather than man. The current church has many problems there are over 40,000 denominations, that is not cool since there is only one Jesus and we are supposed to be one. The fivefold ministry doesn’t really work unless there is love. For people to get along the right way and do God's well there needs to be love and people need to release control and not hinder the people from doing God’s will. Many times the ministers are more concerned about their pocketbook and their church and their growth coming in than they are even about Jesus. I was talking to someone before who was a Christian businessman and he deliberately did not want to pay his workers a lot of money because he was scared that if he paid them better wages that they would then leave him, it appears he wanted to keep their pay low to keep them stuck with him. To deliberately hold someone back from accomplishing the best for their life is not OK we are all supposed to work together to advance the kingdom of God and the kingdom of God is the most important thing. God‘s purpose is number one, some church building somewhere with their church numbers is not necessarily the most important thing. A lot of churches know how to have a great show with really nice lights, they know how to have a great show with music, and then they may wonder and say why don’t we see miracles anymore, well maybe if they paid attention to Jesus, they would start seeing miracles. It’s actually gotten to the point where a lot of churches aren’t even really about Jesus and it’s incredible to even say this but they’re not even really about Jesus it’s more about the person in ministry and what they want then it is about Jesus Christ. God's message was Jesus. The Bible is about Jesus. Jesus should be the focus and if our eyes are fixed on Jesus and pleasing God and adoring Jesus and spending time with Jesus, that is the right direction. Don’t ever let peoples cold hearts stop the fire you have for Jesus. Don’t ever let other people steal your crown. Don’t let people in ministry hold you back from Gods path for your life.
