How to Colour Sugarpaste / Fondant with food colouring gel

How to Colour Sugarpaste / Fondant with food colouring gel You could call this fondant, FUN(dant) - it's that easy to use :-)
(and it tastes super nice too)

How to add food colourig gel to Sugar and Crafts Premium RTR (or fondant):

Remove from tub
remove plastic
slice and dice required amount
knead icing
add a tiny drop of food colouring gel to your sugarpaste (if it's not the required tone, add a bit more. NEVER add alot of colour at once. Gels are very concentrated! Your colour will develop so always go a shade lighter than you want it to be. It's easier to add more colour than to take it out.
Work in the colour by pulling and folding the sugarpaste over. Do this until all the colour is mixed through.
Your coloured sugarpaste is now ready to use!

Remember to always wrap up the excess sugarpaste in clingfoil and store in an airtight container to avoid drying out.

Products used
Kolour-Burst food colouring gel (I used the "Bitter Sweet" colour)
