About 11,000 employees from across the Skanska Group invest in Skanska through Seop - Skanska's employee ownership program. In January 2020, Skanska launches the fifth round of Seop since the start in 2008. It is rare, even unique, that a company of Skanska's size offers all eligible employees to be owners on such favorable terms. This film gives an introduction of how the Seop program works.
