How to Decide What Idea to Work On First in Business

You have a lot of ideas swirling around in your head, but how do you decide which one to work on first?! Today's video is going to walk you through how to decide what projects or ideas to work in your business.

First, you need to figure out what your goal and focus is on this year, or this quarter, or even this month. What's the goal? That needs to drive all of your decisions.

For example, if your goal is more business and brand visibility, then a giveaway and a podcast might be right for you. But, do you have the right audience to support those two projects being successful?

Next, you need to decide what kind of help you need to outsource to accomplish these projects. Can you successfully implement and launch these new ideas by yourself, or do you need to get some help?

Layer your projects in order so that they build upon each other: visibility, authority, and then launch!
