Celadon Do's and Don'ts if your company goes BK or closes | Trucking Answers

The impending Celadon Trucking bankruptcy and possible closure had me thinking of things to do and things not to do if your company goes bankrupt or even closes while you are on the road. I answer questions like can you take the truck home if your company closes? Can you file a lien against the truck for storage if your trucking company closes or goes bankrupt? Is Celadon Trucking Bankrupt? Is Celadon Trucking closing or are they going to close? What to do if Celadon closes. What should I do with my truck? Can I charge storage for the truck if my company closes? The vultures of the other companies are circling and you should be careful. It is more drivers than anything trying to get that recruiting money. Celedon Trucking has not been great about communication during this time. This will cause many of their drivers to quit which may turn out good for those that stay. They may get more miles! Getting paid on a pay card is also a bad idea and I explain why. The Celadon Trucking Bankruptcy is a perfect example of why you should not get paid on a pay card.
