The rumors circulating on this entire matter have been rejected by the Minister of State for Finance Anurag Singh Thakur in the Lok Sabha.Reports said that the government may change the retirement age from 1 April 2020. At present, the age of retirement of central employees is 60 years while the age of doctor and university professor is 65 years. It was said in the reports that this rule will open the prominence of the central employees and new recruiters On the other hand, Union Minister of State for Personnel Jitendra Singh said on this matter that the government has no plans to reduce the retirement age of the employees.
