Are Students Being Denied Their Vote?

There has been a report of about 200 Cardiff students having their registrations declined, and not being informed for some time after the deadline. I am hoping that this is a one off case of incompetence and that we don't see reports around the country today of students being turned away from their polling stations when they thought they'd registered.
