This was a call that was pretty disgusting, I came out to diagnose a bad sewage smell in the master bathroom. It was really obvious as soon as i got there what the problem was and the poor down stairs neighbors ceiling was about to fall down onto her it was completely filled with human waste that had been flushing into the ceiling for years!
Be sure when your toilet is clogged and you live in an upstairs unit that you do not over plunge that toilet! If you do you very easily could compromise the wax seal on the toilet I call it blowing out a wax seal and then you are partially flushing your waste down into ol suzie q down stairs ceiling. Thats just horrible and its not a good feeling i can assure you when somebody finds out they been literally pooping on somebody else its quite embarrassing.
