This change to Youtube will effect everyone including you(FTC and COPPA)

I apologize if there's some words that roll off my tounge. That's just how I talk. I'm also sick and mentally in bad shape but that is not the point of this video. The FTC is gonna hit YouTube hard in January when these rules go into effect. Please spread the word so we can try to make a change so we don't lose YouTube as a platform. Please.
