I challenge you to find something in your life, that you resent doing, but will ultimately make you a better person. Think positively about it and only see the bright side. Hate walking, convince yourself you love it and smile whilst you do so! Hate going to the gym, convince yourself you love it and SMILE whilst you attend!
Do it for a month, do not moan or complain about it, just knuckle down and find reasons to smile about the things you dislike!
