Lost In The Woods With Someplace To Be

This summer my best friends and I took the craziest 15-day trek across the western US, and we recorded it all on an old borrowed GoPro. We cut across the states in a loop: from Iowa to Nebraska, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, back to Idaho, back to Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota, and back home to Iowa again. 6,000 and some miles later...

Yes, I know it's like December. And this was from July. I don't want to talk about it; I've been busy. It's crazy to think that I've only known these guys for a little over a year but I feel like they've been with me for forever. I am so so fortunate to have been able to go on this trek and will go on many more. Watching this back inspires me. I'm not sure this video will have the same connection to everyone else, and frankly I don't care because it's mine, but I do know that it'll be a lasting memory and inspiration for myself and my fellow trekkers.
