Nov. 13 is World Kindness Day, and in honor of Mr. Rogers, Pittsburgh also dubbed it Cardigan Day in a nod to his signature look. Meanwhile, Tom Hanks stars in "A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood," a new film about Mr. Rogers that hits theaters next week.
