Umer is a 30-year-old artist from Lahore, who suffers from cerebral palsy. He has an amazing talent for painting and has painted the picture of Army Chief Qamar Javed Bajwa. He wishes to present it to him with his own hands. Umer portrays the positive things in this world through his artwork. He left school to make painting his profession and sell his work to earn a living. His father supported him in this decision.
