There are 3 websites that I personally use, however, there are other ones out there. The important thing is to start now! You want to start building your credit or fixing it. No matter what stage your in life one way or another you're going to need credit. No, I'm not saying you won't be able to get a loan or buy a car, etc. This is for you to get the best rates out there and have the power to negotiate with banks! Instead of you trying to convince the bank to approve you for a loan... Your the one negotiating with the bank to see what's the best rates they can offer. IF they can't beat it walk away and another bank will if it is reasonable.

-Figure out why you want a credit card?
-Do you have credit? If so try to get an unsecured card, depending on your situation you may need to get a secured card to build your credit.
-What's important to you? 0% APR? Rewards? Travel Miles? Cash Back?
*When you don't have good credit you may not have all these options however if you start now you may get these perks that are offered only to the worthy!
Note: You do not need to carry a balance to build credit, vice versa, if you do carry a balance your still building credit if its close to 30 %, however there's more to it.
