Birmingham Police are searching for a kidnapped 3-year-old who was taken on Saturday night, October 12, 2019. Police say Kamille “Cupcake” McKinney was taken from a birthday party at the Tom Brown Village housing community around 8:30 p.m.
Police have located a suspect vehicle and taken two persons of interest into custody, but Kamille’s location remains unknown.
