Former Papua New Guinea Prime Minister, Peter O’Neill, has described the Government’s Supplementary Budget as misleading, and impracticable. O’Neill denounced the significant cuts stating the budget does not address current development issues.
He gave reasons why the previous Government was obtaining loans to build infrastructure around the country.
However, Prime Minister, James Marape, described the 2019 Supplementary Budget as the base of establishing the country’s economy.
