Is There an Ethical Issue with Portrait Babies? With Silicone Baby Olivia

Shawn of UniRebornDad posted a question in a forum recently about whether there are ethical considerations for portrait babies (this could be realborns or portrait sculpts in general) since the babies are too young to grant permission. I thought it was a really interesting topic and decided to chat about it!

In this video is silicone baby Olivia. the Emerie Mei sculpt by Andrea Arcello (Emerie Mei is sold out but you can find her secondhand sometimes on Doll-Fan). Emerie Mei is a portrait of my daughter as a baby.
