When Justin first hired Jason, he couldn't afford to hire Jason. Now his agency, Conversion Fanatics, is a multi-million dollar agency with 20+ employees and growing by double-digits every year. Justin knows and sees that in the digital marketing space, everyone's an "expert" or "coach" or "guru". The difference with Jason is that he's actually built and sold an 8-figure agency himself. He's been in the trenches, he's seen it, grown it and done it.
Justin was reluctant because of past experiences with other coaches. But he knew he needed someone who had achieved the goals he was striving toward. He and his partner agreed on hiring Jason as their private agency mentor because he'd already been where they wanted to be.
