In this social media era, there is a tendency to focus on follows, likes, what is # (hashtag) trending etc. There is talk about the total number of followers one person has Vs. the other. How relevant one is based on their followers etc. It is important to not get caught up in the hype as these become distractions that can set one on an emotional roller coaster.
