This week Evan and Anina discuss the troubles of getting out of the rut of doing the comfortable things and building the new habit around the optimal task. We all have that area, be it weight loss, exercise, reading more, meditating, spending more time in prayer or with our family, but somehow find ways to not do it. We want to, really want to, but find ourselves doing the things we don't want to do. Learn how to break that cycle. Anina shares about how her Grandmother's passing has affected her and how she wants to move forward. Death is a difficult thing we are all faced with. Every time we have to mourn over the loss of a friend or family member we need to take a look inward. By reflecting we can learn a great deal about how we are living our lives.
After a good deal of searching, Evan has decided to take on the Leadville 100 mountain bike race. With that he will do one of the qualifiers to try to place into a better starting corral. If you have done the race and would like to share your knowledge and experience please do.
