ACC - How does Silverstone compare between its 2018 and 2019 variants?

With Assetto Corsa Competizione 1.1 came some track updates which adjusted some grips levels, one track being Silverstone. Silverstone was newly resurfaced in 2018, the track is quite a bit slower in 2019.
