30% rise in carjackings in Baltimore

The city of Baltimore is seeing a rise in carjackings, with hundreds of suspects being placed behind bars.

The Baltimore City Police Department is seeing a nearly 30% rise in carjackings from this time last year. Many of them, police said, were committed by juveniles throughout the city.
