Twitch apparently has Rules on Underwear & Lingerie

A streamer by the name of Fareeha got a warning on Twitch for violating their rules on "Underwear & lingerie. Yet streamers like Alinity and Amouranth can do whatever they want apparentyl. I just can't get my head around these Twitch rules. There must be some sort of logic I'm not seeing.
