πŸ“£ So, just a little heads up here!... In 2019 there’s going to be $90 Billion Dollars in GCI “Gross Commission Income that’s coming our way into our Industry. There’s going to be more transactions than 2017 in 2019… SO it’s a GREAT YEAR!

There’s 1.4 Million Agents in the Greater United States… That’s Crazy!.. Out of those 1.4 Million Agents… only ½ of them are doing ANY Business πŸ†˜ and ONLY 43,000 Agents Sold more than 25 sides… that’s less than 3% of the agents. About 3% of the Agents total in our Industry that are doing 25+ Sides! ⚠️

So, do you see any opportunity here⁉️⁉️⁉️

πŸ”Ά 16,000 of America’sπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Best Sold 50 or more sides! Or did about $20 Million in Volume! So again… there’s a lot of opportunity here… the minority is doing the πŸ†Lion Share of Business!

πŸ”· So let’s look at the Old Model vs. the New Model…
Nowadays there’s Hybrid Business… Amazon, Realogy, Zillow… there’s a 42% increase for Hybrids and it’s increasing right now!

πŸ”Ά I have a question for you! What are you doing to combat this? When they take the $16 BILLION in Ad Spend Annually to get your Data Base and steal your customers?!? We’re actually AT WAR!

πŸ”· So, here’s the Old Model… Where the Real Estate Agents are a bigger piece of the pie… Then there’s a minority of Wholesalers buying properties… And then there’s the For Sale By Owners… that’s what we were against…

πŸ”Ά But what many predict is going to happen now… is we actually have… The Real Estate Agents and then we have the Hybrid Buyers… then we have the I-buyers… then we have the Wholesalers… then we have the For Sale By Owners… that we’re up against! SO, you can see our competition is increasing DRAMATICALLY! It’s going CRAZY!

πŸ”· In the old days… you know… you all know the story of the 3 Little Pigs… OK, So this is about your Marketing… How’s your Marketing Really Built?

πŸ”Ά Is your Marketing built with a house of Straw? Or is your house built Medium with a House of Sticks/Wood? Or is your house “marketing plan” built of Brick and going to be SOLID and have a Great Marketing Package and a Great Marketing Scheme? Going for you all the time!

πŸ”· However, in today’s Market against all this competition… This is what you really need! You need a Castle! And you have to remember around that Castle is a Moat! And there’s alligators in that moat trying to steal your customers! Trying to take them away from you! So, you need to put your customers in this Castle to protect them! That’s YOUR Sphere of Influence and Your Past Clients and be the #1 Market Authority for all these people!

πŸ”Ά SO you need to create a reputable, scalable to attract new customers’ EVERY DAY! Even when you are on vacation!
So let’s talk About The 5 To Thrive here…

πŸ”· 1.) You need to be effectively marketing to your data base! You need to be KILLING IT πŸ’― with your Data Base! Effectively Marketing it Effectively all the time… Consistently!

πŸ”Ά 2.) You Need to Crush πŸ‘Š a GEO Farm a Geographic Farm with 500-1,000 people in it! Dominate that thing! Buy all the Zillow for the ENTIRE Area!... You know and hit it with Mailings Consistently, Utilize Every Door Direct Mail, and all the things we’ve talked about over the years!

πŸ”· 3.) Strategy #3… Do MEGA OPEN HOUSES! Just don’t show up and read the News paper and watch the Football Game and hope no one comes! Get there, promote it, Invite the Neighbors, do everything we’ve told you to do over the years… Do a Mega Open House! Make it a Great Event and attract, attract, attract!

πŸ”Ά 4.) Advertise on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Google, etc… Hit it BIG TIME!

πŸ”· 5.) #5 Build Awareness and become the Trusted Realtor via Social Media!

πŸ”Ά Just become the Trusted Realtor to your Entire Sphere of Influence and protect that base of Customers there! Build that castle, build that STRONG MARKETING and protect everyone that you possibly can!
