Dollar Tree What's New This week? 9-20-19

TGIF, we made it LOL. Another week has passed and this weekend Fall will officially arrive. Pumpkin Spice everything is out, and of course that means so is Christmas. I found a few more new items to share with y'all in the seasonal department, a lot of new hair accessories, and tons of new craft supplies. Not all of the supplies are stocked yet. I posted last weeks video with pictures of the boxes that had all the craft supplies in them, so you all could see what was about to hit the shelves... That was Thursday of last week. I went back on Sunday hoping to get pictures of it all, and the boxes had not moved .. not an inch. I was pretty disappointed as this is the DT that it takes me about 40 minutes to get to, one way. It wasn't a completely wasted trip however. I did find a few new items that I was able to put in this video. I went back on Tuesday, different day, same problem. Everything was still sitting in the aisle on carts. I counted to ten, took some deep breaths😂and all was right with the world. My last ditch effort was to go back to this DT on Thursday (yesterday) and 🎈🎉🎈🎉I threw a silent celebration, when I saw about half of what I was waiting for had finally made it out of a box and onto the shelves. NOW with that being said, please forgive some of the pictures. I had to resort to what looked like a solo game of twister in order to get pictures in the Arts and Crafts aisle of Dollar Tree. There may even be a surveillance video of me floating around on the internet , as I am sure it was very comical to see 🎥and why shouldn't someone monopolize that moment LOL. 🤣 Just kidding... I think… I hope 😉

All joking aside, I hope everyone had a great week. This is a really long video, and for that I apologize in advance. I had to slow the pictures down for some viewers. The pictures flipping too fast makes them dizzy, and I'm trying to find that balance, so everyone has a good viewing experience.

We have a busy weekend coming up. Shaina has her second USAG meet. I am so proud of her. She has been working extra hard on her beam routine the last few weeks. It's always her lowest score. Because it's her lowest score she tends to NOT enjoy working on the beam all that much. She much more enjoys flying through the air and flipping all over the floor, which are her strengths. But I've seen a lot of maturity in her the past few weeks. When she had the opportunity to work on what she loves, she passed it up to work on the balance beam. I loved her response when I asked her "why she chose to work on beam so much this week", she repeated back to me our little mantra "medals are won at practice"🥰 I guess she isn't going to let a 4" beam stand in her way🤷‍♀️ . I'll update this weekend how the meet went. Thanks in advance for any well wishes sent her way😊
