An hour after departing Moncton, the Halifax bound stacker with a nice Lashup is seen again - this time from the air!
An awesome bird's eye view of a long and late CN intermodal stacktrain Q120 (Toronto, ON BIT to Halifax, NS Rockingham Yard) powered by Canadian National Railway locomotives 3226 (brand new Tier 4 ET44AC CN 100 Gevo), 2685 (C44-9W), 2117 (ex CNW/UP C40-8), 9639 (EMD GP40-2LW), and mid-train remote dpu 3194 (new Tier 4 ET44AC Gevo) eastbound crossing over the Tantramar Marsh at Sackville, NB hauling 170 cars (540 axles, 10,290 tons, about 11,500 feet) of intermodal containers and mixed freight.
Filmed at 1:10pm, Monday August 19, 2019 at about mile 85.6 of the CN Springhill Subdivision using my DJI Phantom 3 Advanced version quadcopter drone.
