The Aeroflot plane was attacked by a large bird during a landing approach at the capital's Sheremetyevo Airport. An uninvited passenger who was stuck in a landing gear was filmed.
The shots were taken in the evening of September 10, a few minutes after the landing of the Boeing 737-800, which was coming from Almaty. The images show that a large bird, presumably a cormorant, crashed into the plane shortly before landing, when the landing gears were already released, and stuck with a wing in the rack.
The incident did not affect the landing of the liner. About the fate of the feathered is not reported, the plane a couple of hours after being released from the "rider" went to Lisbon.
