Satellite and radars show that disturbed weather off the Florida east coast has become better organized and a broad low is forming. A tropical depression could form here on Saturday. Also a low has formed in the Tropical Atlantic well east of the Windward Islands and this system could develop in the next several days. We look at the weekend and the long range pattern going into next week. Joe Rao joins in tonight.
