Sacramento files lawsuit to ban 7 people from an area of town

The city of Sacramento filed a unique lawsuit banning seven people from an area of Sacramento. The lawsuit alleges these people have repeatedly caused a public nuisance, forcing the city to use an excessive amount of police resources.
