people who use their dogs to harass disabled person and his family

corrupt supervisor at animal control in mesa AZ are their friends and refuses to do anything. supervisor has told them how to get around the law to be able to keep harassing disabled person and his family. i have neighbor on court record stating this. have repeatedly contact police and city officials and nothing is being done for over a year. have lots of recordings and now its time to live stream. now i come to the people for help since cant get any help from city officials
