One Suspect Detained In Relation To Philadelphia Active Shooter That Shot Six Police Officers

One suspect was seen being detained in relation to an active shooting in Philadelphia that wounded six police officers. The shooter is still inside the residence and at the time of this post it is still an active shooter situation.
