I was driving in baldwin park and pulled over for the 3rd brake light.. in the process I was sited for tinted windows and I dont even have tint on my windows so we visit the station to ask the watch commander. The watch commander comes out it and it was the tyrant at the scene with the officer that sited me.. heres how it ends.
