THIS VIDEO SHOWS LITTLE BIT OF ME & HOW I REDUCED MY WEIGHT FROM 65 TO 47 KILOS WITHIN 6 MONTHS.
THE DIET PLAN WHICH I PREFERRED & FOLLOWED , WAS TO SUSTAIN FOR LONG TERM. NOW I EAT WHAT I WANT WHEN I WANT, AND STILL CONTINUE TO FOLLOW WITH STRICT DIETS. ALSO, I WORKOUT/EXERCISE 10 TO 15 MINS (AT LEAST WEEKLY THRICE) & SOMETIMES I DO CYCLING AS WELL. THIS KEEPS ME CONFIDENT TO CARRY MYSELF AND DO NOT HESITATE TO WEAR ANY OF MY FAVOURITE COSTUMES. :)
