So many times I have walked into the store and have seen winning tickets displayed above/below the counter. The tickets had one thing in common; they were either FIRST or LAST tickets in the book! I have tried to focus on playing these types of tickets, but does it REALLY MATTER?? Is it just perception or is there something to it? Let me know your thoughts!!
