I am feeling slight numbness in my face and it feels as if it takes a lot of energy to smile. This has been the most least enjoyable day thus far.

I continue speaking on how I delayed sugar and ended up not even having a sweet treat.

It feels as if pushing my dry fast to 30 hours the previous day did make me not feel as good. I’m struggling to find happiness sand enjoyment during this process. Being simply happy is feeling like a challenge.
