
In this final video on Bridge we take the posture to a standing position, once again utilizing the beautiful support of the wall. We've essentially flipped the ground vertically to explore a different orientation and reap the benefits of this adaptation on the asana.
This practices teaches us how to continue the succession of the spine into a safe and hopefully comfortable standing backbend. Its subtle but dang does it ever feel good!
So why not roll into this modification and feel it for yourself.
