Write down 3 things you are grateful for, including the most simple things such as seeing the sun or the moon.
Be grateful for everything, including the challenges that you’ve been stressing over.
Make your gratitude journal part of your core morning ritual.
Write in your journal every day, 7 days a week. It only takes 2 minutes MAX!
